🌱📈 Transforming Communities, Empowering Farmers, Building Resilience Since 2020, Actions for Development Programmes Mbozi (ADP MBOZI) has continued to strengthen livelihoods, promote inclusive development, and improve food security across Tanzania. ✨ Key Achievements: ✅ Reached 147,214 smallholder farmers, including 88,328 women, with agricultural extension services. ✅ Supported 95,689 farmers to adopt improved agricultural technologies and best farming practices. ✅ Mobilized 821+ community volunteers to expand access to agricultural knowledge and services. ✅ Facilitated 50 VICOBA groups that generated over USD 1.448 million through savings and social financing mechanisms. ✅ Strengthened women’s access to land, assets, and economic opportunities through community engagement and advocacy. ✅ Expanded operations from one division to seven regions, increasing our impact and outreach. ✅ Grew from one project to five projects, demonstrating strong institutional capacity and effective multi-donor management. ✅ Built lasting trust with communities, ensuring ownership and sustainability of development interventions.
